Mehran Shahverdi founded his Los Angeles-based firm MSH Design, Inc., in 2004. Drawing upon his extensive education and nearly 20 years of professional planning and design experience, he conceived of MSH Design to provide unparalleled residential and commercial design and construction services to high-end clients. Many of Mehran Shahverdi’s well-regarded designs have garnered extensive commendations in magazines and industry journals, including one that captured the front page of Interior Design magazine. Another exceptional project, the firm’s design of the 3,000-square-foot Sally Hershberger facility at the John Freda Beauty Salon, received recognition in The Architecture of Beauty.
Mehran Shahverdi’s past employment includes roles at such respected companies as William Hablinski Architecture; Landry Design Group, Inc.; and Serrurier Architects & Associates, Inc. Mr. Shahverdi began his career as a Design Associate for Poggenpohl luxury European kitchen designer through Euroconcepts, Inc.
A four-year diploma in industrial wood and carpentry at the Industrial Institute prepared him for his career. He followed this education with degrees and certificates, including a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, a Professional Designation in Interior and Environmental Design from the University of California, Los Angeles, and two years of study in architectural design and drafting Los Angeles City College. In addition, Mehran Shahverdi earned certification as an Interior Designer from the California Council for Interior Design.
Mehran Shahverdi lives in the Los Angeles suburb with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys classic car racing, biking, and engaging in physical fitness activities.
